This book is about the story of camogie in the county of Tipperary from the earliest beginnings to 2003. It traces the earliest efforts to form teams in the years following the start of An Cumann Camoguidheachta in 1904, to the more successful era following the formation of a camogie county board in 1932 and the organization of the first county championship. The book follows the highs and the lows in the progress of the game in the county, the dominance of Roscrea for long periods, the progress to the modern era and the eventual senior success of Tipperary in 1999. Well over two-hundred pages are devoted to the records of the game in the county. All ancillary and related activities are covered in this comprehensive and impressive production.
